Single room in Leamington Area, bills included

I'm lodging out the spare room to a decent sized 2 bedroom apartment.

Looking for professional or student who is tidy and studying/working within the leamington area.
The area is close to local amenities with brilliant access to the town.

As for the room itself, it's a small single room with basic furnishings, a new mattress, under-bed storage and a shared bathroom. Obviously communal spaces are for both to enjoy, and there's a washer/dryer too.

I'll only have the one picture up for now, as I'm quite a private person and wish for my exact location to be of my own knowledge, but do let me know if you want further images after contacting me..
