Flatmate needed

Three finalists at the University of Warwick looking for a flatmate for a four-bedroom house. We are relatively calm, like to go out and also like having movie nights/hanging out at home.

Four Bedroom house in South Leamington, located approx 50 m away from University bus stop and a range of local shops. All four bedrooms are a good size and offer large beds. With wardrobe, desk, chair and bookcase in each room. House was fully refurbished in summer 2021 to include new gas central heating and double glazing, New kitchen, bathroom, decoration, carpets and furniture. Decent sized rear garden. 11 month contract starting 1st September 2022. £445 per person per month
