Double Room + Office, Available Now

I have lived in this house with two consequitive housemates for the last 5 years, and despite my current housemate moving out (buying a house) I'm still reluctant to leave, as it's a great location and a lovely house for the price.

This is a very nice house to live in, in a quiet area with nice neighbours. The benefit of having a garage, drive, garden and views is not something I'm willing to give up so I am looking to find someone to take his spot.

Rent is £475 each and bills come out to about £150 each (including council tax and broadband).

You will have of one of the main bedrooms to yourself and space in the third one too, which we use as an office, as well as use of the shared spaces in the house and plentiful storage space under the stairs and in the garage.

The bedroom is 4.2m x 2.4m and easily fits a double bed and wardrobe with space to move around. The office room is 3.4m x 2.4m.

The room will be unfurnished as he is taking all of his stuff. I have some different furniture since those photos were taken, but basically it's fully furnished apart from the bedroom. Second hand furniture/amazon wardrobes will have your sorted for £100 if you want to be cheap (probably about the same quality as most furnished rentals, lol)

I work at Jaguar Land Rover in electric motor research, my hobbies are my cars and Muay Thai/gym, and gaming. Usually spend the weekends with my girlfriend, but ideally a new housemate would be open to socialising too.
