Double room in detached 3 bed house

Furnished room includes double bed, bedside table, wardrobe with drawers, chest of drawers and carpeted eaves storage area.
House is on a quiet cul-de-sac and benefits from designated parking on driveway, garden, kitchen with use of all equipment and utensils, washing machine and separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, utility, downstairs toilet, lounge and shared bathroom.
All bills with the exception of TV licence are included in the rent. The other flatmate is currently paying for TV licence and there is a TV in the lounge.
Tenants should be non smoking, working professionals, have references and be clean and tidy.
I spend a night a week at the property. The room I am currently using could be available instead of the one photographed if preferred.
