Spacious double room close to central Leamington. This room is within a 3 bedroom house, however, only one other room is inhabited (Live in Landlord).

The room has recently been refurnished with a king size ottoman bed and memory foam mattress, along with a spacious wardrobe and drawers.

The monthly rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv licence, high speed internet). Couples are considered but will incur a £25/week additional charge.

The property is 10 minutes walk to the train station, 15 minutes to the parade.

The occupant(s) also have access to a shared living room, dining room, small garden area, kitchen and bathroom plus laundry facilities. There is unrestricted on street parking directly outside the building.
