Small but mighty room to rent in bright and happy family home. My sons (ages 11 and 12) and I have to offer this lovely spare bedroom in our house. It gets the morning sun and has views out over the fields.

Double 4ft bed, TV, wardrobe, large area under the bed for extra storage. Very quiet street with free parking. Walking distance from town and local shops..

We also rent the annex room to the side of the house to another lodger called Sonia (Age 33) so we’re an experienced lodger family household.

The room would best suit someone who’s good with kids and likes a family environment.

Just to cover a few questions that I’ve been asked already. This would unfortunately NOT be suitable for someone who WFH 👨‍💻 🚫 sorry.
