Medium sized double bedroom at the rear of the house. Room comes furnished with a long chest of drawers, clothes rail and desk.

The house has two bedrooms on the first floor with a shared living room, large kitchen and shared bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a cellar which is currently being used as a workspace. I don't own a TV but a housemate is welcome to have their own in the room.

The train station is a 15-20min walk with direct routes to London and Birmingham. The centre of town is a 10min walk for local amenities. The closest supermarket is the Tesco on Emscote road which is a 4min drive (20min walk) however, there are other options close by (two Lidls, Leamington Shopping Park). At the end of the road there is a convenience store, fish & chip shop and the Fat Pug pub. There are frequent buses to Coventry and the surrounding areas in Warwickshire.

I am a young professional, previously living with my girlfriend in the house. She has moved away temporarily for work, hence the need for a housemate to share the rent. I am out most of the week at work but enjoy socialising in the evening and on weekends. I am an active person who likes the outdoors so this room may suit someone of a similar age and nature. Guests are welcome as long as notice is given in advance.
