Superb Ensuite Double Room near Jephson Gardens
Hello I'm Richard,
I currently rent my flat from a friend abroad. I've decided to stop wasting an unused room and share it and my home. It's a great spot virtually right next to Jephson Gardens and only 10mins walk to the centre of town.
The room is 3 x 3m, very clean, with a large window overlooking the car park, and is furnished with the following:
1. Double Ottoman (under storage) bed with superb new mattress.
2. A set of drawers
3. Large wardrobe (there’s another usable in the small spare room).
4. Wall storage shelves.
5. Blind as well as curtains.
There are 3 rooms, but I’m only sub-letting 1 other so there will only be 2 of us.
The lounge (see photo) is a decent space, again with a large window which is especially great during Spring/Summer as you can have all the windows open without care and watch the trees grow leaves! The kitchen is also a good size and has all the amenities (I’m open to sharing my implements if you so need).
We're on the 1st floor which gives us a lovely view of the surrounding trees and gardens. There's residential parking so if you have a car, you're sorted. It's also a very quiet spot too with a large shared grass area which is cared for.
Bills: I’ll split these 50/50 - Netflix HD, EE Broadband, Gas, Electric, Council Tax, ST Water. Estimated £150 each.
About me: I’m a keen cyclist, love my music (all-sorts so don’t worry!), and my friends will tell you that I can talk to anyone — although I’m fully aware of personal space. I’m 49 years but I have friends across all the years and am easy going.
