Cosy En-Suite Double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat

I am looking for another graduate/undergraduate to take this cosy En-Suite room in a 2-bedroom second-floor flat in Leamington Spa.

Rent is £750 pp (not including bills, only lift and communal hall cleaning tax). Currently, I have arranged the starting date to be 30th August but it could be adjusted. The flat is part of a very well-maintained and newly renovated building, located in a very calm area 7 mins walking distance from the War Memorial Shuttle bus stop, 5 mins to the station and 10 mins to the Parade. It includes an allocated parking space, which I won’t use because I don’t have a car.

EPC Rating: C (electric radiators used for heating, controlled independently in each room so you can adjust them based on your preference)

Spacious living/dining and kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc., the furnishing is simplistic but quite comfortable. In the photos, you can see that there’s no desk but I have a standard Ikea one which can be put
next to the mirror so that the person can work comfortably from home. To tell you a bit about myself - I will be a Data Analytics Graduate commuting to Gaydon. I really enjoy hiking, volleyball, bouldering and regularly going to the gym but I would be more than happy to try something new as well. I’m not the most sociable person, I would love to go out for drinks from time to time but will also need some time in the comfort of our home. Cooking and coffee-making (or exploring coffee shops) are my other two favourite hobbies so if you can relate to any of them, these are immediate bonus points. 😄

Females are generally preferred, but I’d love to have a chat/call with anyone who likes the place and thinks we can get along really well.
