Searching tenant for a room in Leamington Spa

6 students from the university of Warwick searching for a seventh tenant for our flat in leamington spa. The rooms are spacious, the space has been renovated and each room has its own on suite. The common areas include the kitchen and a common room which are adjoined. We are very friendly and like to socialise but completely respect the space and can keep the noise down if a flatmate so wishes. As the rooms are renovated we do not have images of them but I will insert footage of us visiting them and we will include you in a virtual viewing if you choose to stay with us. Each room has basic kitchen utilities so they can essentially be self contained.
