Hi! My housemate is moving out on 23rd January 2025 so I'm trying to plan ahead and find someone to take her place.
The house is lovely and spacious - it's in a secluded area of Leamington but just a 5 minute walk to town. There's one parking space that comes with the house but loads of free parking along the road.
We have 3 bedrooms but use the smaller one as an office/storage space if we need to work from home. The house is unfinished so all the furniture/appliances/kitchen equipment is mine, so I'm happy to share everything! You'll just need furniture for your bedroom.
Rent is £550 (deposit will be 5 weeks rent) and all bills + council tax come to just under £200.
I'm very easygoing - I work in marketing and am in the office every day. Weekends I'm usually out socialising or chilling in the house. I'm clean and tidy and love to cook!
