A furnished double bedroom is available in Leamington, five minute's walk from Leamington Spa train station and Leamington's retail park, as well as being near the M40. The flat and its surroundings are well maintained, with plenty of free allocated parking spaces. The flat itself is modern and well presented. All bills, internet, council tax etc are included. I am flexible if there is the need for someone to rent the flat on a shorter term basis.

The room is a good size and has a double bed, a built-in, mirrored double wardrobe, a desk, as well as a book shelf and sets of drawers for storage. There is also a loft for additional items to store.
