Double Room in a House Share in Leamington Spa

I am looking for someone to replace me as a tenant in a room I currently occupy in a shared house in Leamington Spa. It's a spacious double room, comes with a desk, chair, a book shelf and a cabinet for storage. All doors are secure with locks. The room is on the first floor, just next to a shared toilet. There's a shared living room with sofas and a table, and a kitchen with ample storage, large refrigerator and freezer with sections for each tenant. Next to the kitchen are two separate showers, one of which includes a toilet. There's also a nice backyard.

The house is centrally located, with access to the two center via a 15 minutes walk, 5-10 minutes walk to all the central bus routes,
and local JLR Shuttle, 8 mins to a local grocery store and 15 mins to the closest Tesco. Rent inclusive of water, gas, broadband, electricity, council tax etc.
