I’m in a house share with all professionals around age 23-30. I’ve lived here for a year and everyone here is lovely - haven’t got any issues around the house. All the rooms are ensuite and we only share kitchen and two communal living rooms. A cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the common areas including kitchen and inside the oven. We are situated in the centre of leamington and it is very easy to get to train station (10-15mins walk), close to many grocery stores and restaurants.

The room is spacious and comes with many storage units, desk and chair - great if you usually work from home and also we just changed to a new mattress last month. The room is situated in the 2nd floor and you have a great view specially during sunsets. All bills and council tax included. There isn’t any extra fees to pay. There is however deposit of a month’s rent and payment can be made monthly. The landlord is solely looking for professionals and the current flatmates work in automotive companies around here.
