We have a room available in a spacious fully furnished 4-bedroom flat in central Leamington, available right away.
About the flat: The room available is downstairs where there is also a large shared living room and a separate dining area downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, so you pretty much get the downstairs bathroom to yourself. It's centrally located with the train station, bus stops, and Morrisons/small Tesco just a short walk away. Bills are not included but water, gas and electricity, internet, and council tax (Band D) all add up to about £100-£150 per person.
About the flatmates: The flatmates are all in their mid-20s and recent masters graduates and students working part time/studying. We like to hang out while we cook and have dinner but we are all also very respectful of our privacy and boundaries.
About you: Looking for someone tidy and respectful who can move in right away. We would ideally prefer someone of a similar age who can stay through the lease which ends in July 2025.
