Replacement needed in 3 bed flat

*security deposit required, need to speak to letting agent*

1 bedroom available to rent in a 3 bed flat in central Leamington.
I have had to move for personal reasons and am looking for a young professional to take my place until the contract ends on 17th July 2025.
The other two tenants are a girl and boy aged 24 & 25, both lovely people, non-smokers, who are professionals. They enjoy sport, pub trips and quiet nights in.
Ideally the new flat mate would be a girl as you would share the bathroom with a girl (the boy has the master/ensuite).

We would have to update the contract with M&M Lettings and sort out the security deposit.
Bills are separate and include council tax, water, electric, broadband.

We own all the furniture so you could pay me my 1/3 of the money to own it.
