The flat is very well located (just around the corner from the Royal Priors Shopping Centre and a couple of minutes’ walk from the top of the Parade) and modern. It includes all the usual amenities (washing amenities, wi-fi, etc), and bills come to a couple of hundred per month, depending on the time of year.
