Spacious en-suite double room in North Leamington

I have available a large fully furnished, en-suite double bedroom in my ground floor apartment, situated in a private development in North Leamington Spa. The area is very quiet and is just a 10-minute walk to the town centre.

There is direct access via French doors from the bedroom to a large terrace with table and chairs and communal gardens.

The room has an armchair, a large wall-mounted TV and a desk and chair. There is also a spare monitor available for use.

The large kitchen has a table and chairs, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, air-fryer and oven with a gas hob.

There are two other large bedrooms in the apartment, one of which I rent out to another lodger. Both myself and my lodger are sociable but we also like our own space. Also, I usually spend half the winter abroad so you will only be sharing the apartment with the other lodger during this time!

The apartment is a 10-minute walk to the main bus stops on the Parade in the town centre, or a 15-minute walk to the train station or if you have a car there are usually car parking spaces available on-site or if not there is ample free parking on nearby roads only 2 minutes walk away.
