Recently refurbished 4 bed 4 bath house just south of Leamington Spa town centre. Really good property, excellent landlord, we are degree apprentices so will welcome any student or young professional. Generally fairly quiet household, would like to share meal plans/shopping. We will occasionally have drinks/play games (maybe once a month)and invite people over, but no full on parties by any means. There is plenty of parking on street and a carpark behind the property, all free, usually empty and no permit.
This property is on a student-style contract so is for one year with the option to extend.
