Double room, all inclusive, Southlea avenue

It’s a 4 bedroom house but I should make ends meet with just one room rented out, so while this house will not be overcrowded with people, I do have 4 Newfoundland girls living here and 2 cats running in and out all day so, no one who is allergic to dog hairs. You should also consider that the few times the house doesn’t smell of dogs, there’s a smokey green aroma about in the air, so no one who’s allergic to smoke.
Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome.
I really need someone who’s empathetic and trustworthy as this is my dogs’s home before anything else, hope to hear from you, Terence
