Room to rent- 15 Granville Street

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to take over my spot on a shared tenancy for next year commencing september 1st. Double room with a shared bathroom (there is 2 bathrooms split between 5 people).

The other students are at the University of Warwick and are all in second year of study. The degrees vary from STEM to humanities. 3 men and one female (looking for either a male or female to take over). Parking is available outside and the house is very clean throughout.

The property location is close to central leamington with buses running to Warwick Uni and Coventry Uni. The deposit is £750 plus £50 transaction fee. It is undecided whether they are going bills included at this current moment so rent is estimated to be £170 ish a week.
