Peaceful Room in Flat Sharing with One Other Female – North Leamington Spa

Sadly, my current flatmate has to move back to her home country at the end of June, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room.

In this beautiful, character-filled flat on the most desirable street in Leamington Spa. The flat is part of a listed building that was once a school, full of charm, light, and space. A short walk takes you into town, while nature trails and open fields lie just behind the building.

I’m looking for a female professional tenant who works full-time outside of the home and is looking for a peaceful, respectful living environment on a long-term basis.

The Room:
Very large en-suite double room with king-size four-poster bed
Two built-in double wardrobes, a large chest of drawers, full-length mirror, and plenty of natural light
Lots of space to not only sleep, but properly relax and unwind in your own way

The room is nicely decorated with a few pieces of art, though you’re very welcome to add your own touches and make it feel like home.

Shared Living:
Spacious kitchen with dining table.
Reverse osmosis water filter
Large lounge with second dining space
WiFi and off-road private parking included

About the Home:
I work as cabin crew, so you’ll often have the flat to yourself. I also work evenings at Audley Retirement Village, meaning the home is quiet and independent much of the time.

I live with two gentle Persian cats who are very much part of the home, so it’s important that you genuinely like cats and feel comfortable around them. They don’t go into the bedroom unless invited.

Looking For:
A female professional who is clean, quiet, respectful, and values a calm and peaceful home environment. Ideally someone working full-time outside the home.

This home would suit someone who enjoys peace, nature, privacy, and having plenty of time to themselves. As cabin crew, I’m often away, so you’ll likely have the flat to yourself a lot of the time.

This is not suitable for someone looking for a highly social house share or for regularly entertaining guests. It’s also not suitable for working from home or hybrid working, as I often need to rest during the day between flights and evening shifts.

However, if you’re someone who appreciates having a lot of your own space and privacy, and wants to come home to a calm, quiet environment where you can cook a good meal and properly take care of yourself, then this setup could be perfect for you.
