Come home to a calm, character-filled flat in a beautiful part of North Leamington Spa. The flat is part of a listed building that was once a school, full of charm and space. A short walk takes you into town, and nature trails and fields lie just behind the building.

The room is now available for a short-term let in August and September at a discounted rate of £680 per month, bills included. It has already been taken from October through February

Your room is very spacious, with plenty of storage and room to not just sleep, but relax and unwind in your own way. It’s nicely decorated with a few pieces of art, but you’re absolutely welcome to add your own touches, hang your favourite painting or decorate however makes it feel like home to you.

The room includes a king-size four-poster bed just for you.

I work as cabin crew, so you'll often have the whole flat to yourself. I do live with two gentle Persian cats, who don’t go into the bedroom (unless you let them) but they are part of the home. For this reason, it’s essential that you’ve lived with cats before and feel comfortable around them and they feel comfortable around you. I'd also love someone who enjoys caring for plants and is happy to keep an eye on the beautiful fig tree in your room.
