I'm looking to rent my flat in leamington spa. It was recently renovated with fresh paint, kitchen, bathroom and a loft bed installed. It is very convienient for the shops. There is parking available. It is in a quiet and secluded part of leamington. Running distance to Newbold Common.

I'm looking for students as i think there is a large amount of warwick university students in Leamington as well as offers from professionals and familys as well. Would allow animals as there is a cat flap and i know some tennents want this.
