I've recently bought this duplex Flat, but due to work reasons an renting in Scotland for the next 2 years and will almost never be at the property, and pre-warn if I am coming back for anything. I've taken the cupboard 'room', but both double rooms upstairs are for rent. The larger for slightly more.
Photos shown are when I bought it - I'm currently renovating it to be more modern, and will update the advert once complete.
I'm hoping to find someone who will treat the property as their own. Keen to meet with any potential tenants for a coffee/ you're welcome to see the flat mid-renovation and pick furniture!
Parking is communal for the building - usually available but not always/ dedicated to this Flat.
I dont know the actual bills, but I've been predicted £130pm for electricity and water. 1 tenant would pay half this.
Update 16/08/25: Just fitted the carpets and nearly finished with the bathroom. I'll be around on Mon 17th and maybe Tue 18th for viewings, message if that works for you. Sorry for poor replies, my life has become eternal painting. Due to the rate of renovation and my availability, the date available to rent may slip to mid Sep. Sooner if you're okay with less furniture being provided.
