In our 5BR house in south Leam we have at least 1 and maybe 2 bedrooms available. The house is located in a quiet area close to the canal and Jephson Gardens. Supermarkets, cafes, the train station and bus stops with connection to Coventry are all within 10 minutes walking distance.

The house has a big living room, a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a small patio. The rooms have been renovated in August.

You would share the house with 3 graduate students at Warwick. We like to cook, hang out, or go to the pub together.
