The flat has two rooms, currently held by myself and my flatmate. I am not going to be using the accommodation and hence am looking for someone to take my place. I have not moved in yet, hence it will be as seem-less a transition as possible. My flatmate is a great guy, very active, neat and sociable. He is also very good at Fifa, so I would recommend not challenging him to it unless you enjoy being made a fool of. The council tax band is C. There is; a large lounge area, with a dining table and sofa and chairs; a kitchen equipped with the usual amenities (Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, etc); a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and bath; and there are two bedrooms with beds, desks and wardrobes. The property is located about a 3 minute walk from the parade in leamington spa, with a tesco express on the parade, a fuel station between the parade and the property and many different fast food restaurants within delivery or walking radius. The only way into the flat is via a short flight of stairs, so I'm afraid there is no wheelchair access. A potential flatmate should be a tidy, clean and organised person.
