8 min walking distance to Leaminton Station. 2 min walking distance to Brunswick store and 12 min walking distance to big ASDA. Big Egle park is in 2 min walking distance.

We have a very friendly household, we enjoy each other's company after office and welcome someone to join us for a lovely stay. The locality is very peaceful too. :)
