My partner and I are going away for an extended trip to Central America and are looking for someone to look after our home short term for a few months.

This is our first home and a very cosy/ homely house on a residential street. We are looking for a couple ideally or two friends to look after the place and treat it like a home while we are away.

This is a three bed property but we are advertising it as a two bed as ideally we will use our 3rd room for storage.

There are two options on how the second room is setup:
Option 1- an office. (How we currently use the room)
Option 2- a small double bedroom with storage space.

Rental price excludes bills, this would be paid on top depending on use.
