Bright, newly decorated double room in quirky, arty house with friendly host. Shared bathroom, kitchen, conservatory and garden. Room has blackout blind and overlooks garden.
It's in a semi-detached house in quiet and friendly residential area, 18 minutes walk from the town centre. Easy public transport to Warwick, Warwick University, JLR Gaydon, Stratford and Coventry.
The prospective lodger must be considerate, and tidy up/clean up after themselves. Vegetarians or vegans preferred; smokers welcome (preferably in conservatory or garden).
Bills (within reason), council tax and wifi included.
Three things to note:
There is a railway line at the end of the garden so the room might be unsuitable for a light sleeper;
There is a bath (with shower attachment as depicted) but no actual shower.
Finally, there is a good-natured cat, Lenny.
