Recently decorated room in quirky, arty and friendly household. The house has a touch of shabby chic, but the room is nice and the shared areas are fine. Shared bathroom, kitchen, and garden (such as it is). Room has comfy bed, desk, roomy chest of drawers, wardrobe space and book case. Window has blackout blind and overlooks garden.

It's a semi-detached house (Council Tax Band B) in a quiet and friendly residential area in South Leamington, 18 minutes walk from the town centre. Easy public transport to Warwick, Warwick University, JLR Gaydon, Stratford. Kenilworth and Coventry.

The prospective lodger must be quiet(-ish) and considerate, and tidy up/clean up after themselves. Vegetarians preferred though not essential; smokers welcome (in conservatory or garden). Employed people or postgrad students only please.

Things to note:
Bills (within reason), council tax and wifi included.
There is a railway line at the end of the garden so the room might be unsuitable for a light sleeper;
There is a bath (with shower attachment as depicted) but no actual shower.
The conservatory will eventually be a shared living room (just needs some sorting out).
Finally, there is a good-natured cat, Lenny.
Monday - Friday lets also considered for reduced rent.
