Double room in quirky, arty house

Recently decorated double room in quirky, arty house with friendly host. Shared bathroom, kitchen, conservatory and garden. The conservatory will eventually be a shared living room. Bedroom has blackout blind and overlooks garden. Also has desk, roomy chest of drawers, wardrobe space and book case. The books in the picture are only for show!

It's a semi-detached house ((Council band ?), unmodernised, in a quiet and friendly residential area, 18 minutes walk from the town centre. Easy public transport to Warwick, Warwick University, JLR Gaydon, Stratford. Kenilworth and Coventry.

The prospective lodger must be workiing (out of the house). They must be considerate, and tidy up/clean up after themselves. Vegetarians or vegans preferred; smokers welcome (preferably in conservatory or garden). They must also not be fazed by the clutter in the rest of the house.

Bills (within reason), council tax and wifi included.

Things to note:

There is a railway line at the end of the garden so the room might be unsuitable for a light sleeper;

There is a bath (with shower attachment as depicted) but no actual shower.

Finally, there is a good-natured cat, Lenny.

Monday - Friday lets also considered for reduced rent.
