Southlands Student House- Radford Road

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our cosy 5-bed student home! The house has a spacious common area, a lovely patio for sunny days, and even one parking spot available. We also have two bathrooms.

The room we are letting: there is one chest of drawers, a double wardrobe, a study desk with chair and a double bed.

Kitchen contains: a drier, washing machine, and dishwasher.

Rent: £600 per month (paid in instalments)
Landlords: Private and super responsive – they’re great at sorting out any issues quickly.

You’d be living with four friendly girls from the University of Warwick. We’re a relaxed, easy-going household. We don’t party often, but we’re always up for the occasional celebration.
