The house has two living rooms, so you’ll have plenty of your own space, as my daughter and I mainly use just one. There’s also a large garden, a tandem driveway for two cars, and plenty of on-street parking right outside.

The location is very convenient, with a bus stop just a few metres away that also goes directly to Warwick University, and local shops within easy walking distance. There are also excellent links to the M40, Gaydon and Coventry. Also easy access to both Leamington and Warwick town centre.

At weekends I’m usually at the gym, out for walks or spending time with family.
