Cosy bedrooms - friendly, central, bills inc

Hello future roommates!

I’m looking for two roommates in one large, sunny double bedroom and one smaller cosy single bedroom, both with desks if needed. There is a spacious shared bathroom, a brand new dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

The living room is open plan with a great remodeled kitchen, and the highlight is the large south west facing garden.
The driveway has enough space for 2 medium cars or 3 small cars.

The garden also has a non-locked shed available for some small number of outdoor items.

Bills are included. A cleaner will clean common areas and individual rooms can be added for a small cost.

This house is centrally located a 5 minute walk to the biking park connected to newbold comyn and 15 minute walk to the parade.

I’m a friendly professional, who mostly works from home and am looking for other professionals who are tidy and thoughtful. Shared areas are for communal use for all of us, but I do ask everyone to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am.

The rooms will be available until June, after which I will be moving out and looking to rent out the whole house. There will be one months reciprocal notice.
