Spacious double room available for rent from the 9th February. Located in South Leamington, it's very close to shops, bus-stops, beautiful canal walk, and is a short walk to town.

New tenants may choose to keep some of the furnishings (double bed, wardrobe), or these can be cleared out for you to bring your own.

The house has a shared kitchen area, toilet, 2x showers, and a garden. There is a cleaning rota whereby each tenant cleans the shared living areas once every 5 weeks.

The rent is £400 per calendar month with all bills included. The deposit is £290 per month, payable to the previous tenant (myself)-- when a tenant moves out they simply find a replacement and acquire the deposit from them.
