Shared with just one other housemate.

🏡 House Style

This is a shared house, so tenants are expected to tidy up after themselves and be respectful of each other.
It’s a calm, comfortable home — not a party house, but not a silent one either.

I’ve been a landlord since 2005 and take safety seriously. The house includes:
• Fire alarms in bedrooms + communal areas
• Heat sensor in kitchen

• Electrical safety checks + PAT tested appliances

👤 Who I’m Looking For

All tenants must be in permanent full-time employment.
Unfortunately I can’t accept students or unemployed applicants due to council tax implications for the household. Employment evidence is required for referencing.
