The house is fully furnished and decorated in neutral tones (fresh white walls and grey carpet), so it’s easy to make your room feel like home.

A bright double room facing the front of the house, recently redecorated with:

• Desk + chair
• Wall-mounted TV + DVD

🚿 Bathroom
Shared with just one other housemate.
Modern bathroom with a large shower cubicle (no bath).

• New kitchen with new appliances
• Electric hob + built-in oven/grill
• Washing machine + tumble dryer
• Fibre broadband (no landline)
• Central heating + double glazing throughout
• Garden with patio area (great in summer)

Driveway parking for at least 2 cars, plus additional on-street parking.

• Shires Retail Park 5–10 minutes by car (Sainsbury’s + shops)
• Town centre approx. 10 minutes by car / 35 minutes walk
• Bus routes a short walk away
• Local GP nearby
• Quiet local pub a couple of roads away (no noise issues)

This is a shared house, so tenants are expected to tidy up after themselves and be respectful of each other.
It’s a calm, comfortable home — not a party house, but not a silent one either.

All tenants must be in permanent full-time employment.
Unfortunately I can’t accept students or unemployed applicants due to council tax implications for the household. Employment evidence is required for referencing.
