Hello, I’m only moving out due to wanting to get a place with a friend but this is the best value for money property i’ve found in all of Leamington! it’s a spacious 1 bed studio with a closed off kitchen so no food smell enters the room!

I need someone to take over the tenancy from 18 March as I’m moving out on short notice so i need someone to come over within that date specific.

The place came completely unfurnished except for the bed and desk and a chair (the one in the video is my chair i replaced it with).

The remaining furniture (sofabed, tv, tv stand, ottoman, floor mat, storage boxes) are mine but i’m happy to keep them in for a discounted price if the new tenant wants to keep it! otherwise I will take them with me or resell on ** marketplace.

the property also has a games room / communal area and free high quality washer / dryers and free parking.
