The bedroom measures approximately 7 ft × 12 ft, with a bay window. The private ensuite, containing a shower, toilet and washbasin, is additional to these measurements.

Rent: £650 per month, including council tax, gas, Electricity, water and Wi-Fi.

I am looking for one clean, respectful and considerate lodger who would enjoy a calm home environment. A quiet working professional or student would be welcome.

This is a live-in landlady household with two friendly cats. It would particularly suit somebody seeking a peaceful home rather than a busy house-share and who is comfortable living with cats.

Occasional visitors are welcome, but the room would not suit somebody who regularly has overnight guests.

Ideally, I am looking for somebody intending to stay for at least six months. A one-month initial trial period can be agreed so that we can both ensure the arrangement is suitable.
