Spacious Double Room & Full House

I have a spacious double room available. The house is a 2 bed terrace, with off road parking, a small garden with patio and some grass. The room is unfurnished, but I can furnish it if required.

While the room is not en-suite, I am generally only her 3 nights a week. I’m originally from Chester, but moved here for a job in October. I generally return home at weekends, and travel a fair amount with work.

I have had 3 lodgers over the last 8hrs in my house back home, spending 4yrs, 3.5yrs and then the current has been with me for 6 months. I am clean, tidy, organised and incredibly easy to live with.
