Superking bedroom, ensuite and own living rm

The room is a sunny front bedroom with en suite shower/ toilet / sink. There is a work desk / shelves/ bedside table / dressing table, long mirror and clothes rail. Chest of drawers can also be made available. There are plenty of sockets!! I am happy to supply bed linen if needed. It is a superking bed.

There are two lounges in the house, each with a TV and the home is very welcoming and cosy. It was built ca 1900, has a lovely garden, an enthusiastic cockerpoo and a sweet elderly cat.


In the kitchen, there’s all usual appliances, including a washing machine, a ceiling clothes airer (Molly maid), dishwasher, oven, air fryer, microwave. There’s a large kitchen table in the orangery part, with indoor plants and a great aspect into the garden.
In the cellar (not converted so it’s a bit dusty!), there’s a tumble dryer.

The street is quiet (a non through road).

The owner works from home / co working spaces Mon - Fri and partner works away much of the time.

A further large double bedroom is available if you were looking with a friend, eg post grad students. I’ve not listed that here but it can be discussed.


I grew up locally in a family where we always had ad hoc guests / lodgers. Love the interest this brings to a household dynamic but also i respect if you prefer absolute privacy and given there are two living rooms, a large kitchen and a separate dining room, this is all very possible.

Close to The Fat Pug, Leamington town centre and M40 corridor/ JLR/ National Grid/ HS2, etc. Bus stop 3 minute walk, Chemist, Chinese takeaway, fish and chips, amenity store, all 5 min walk. Likewise tennis club and petrol station. Train station 15 minute walk through parks. Supermarkets Tesco, Lidl, aldi, Sainsbury’s a five min drive, Waitrose a 15 min drive in Kenilworth.
