I've recently bought my flat and would love to share it with someone friendly, like-minded, and easy to get along with. I'm looking for a lodger who values a comfortable, relaxed home environment and shares similar values around respect, cleanliness, and consideration for others.
It would be lovely to strike a balance between having our own space and occasionally socialising together. Whether that's watching TV in the evening, chatting about life over a cup of tea, or simply doing our own thing in a shared space, I'd like the flat to feel welcoming and homely for both of us.
I'm looking for someone who will help keep the flat clean and tidy, taking pride in the space we share. Bonus points if you're willing to be the designated spider catcher! 😂
I tend to keep fairly busy, but I also enjoy unwinding and relaxing after a long day. The lounge is a shared space for us both to enjoy, whether that's socialising or simply relaxing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, cookware, and appliances, so there's no need to bring your own unless you have particular favourites. There's also a dishwasher and washer/dryer for convenience.
🛏️ Your Room
The room is a spacious double bedroom with its own ensuite shower room 🛀. It includes a double bed, large double wardrobe, a bedside table, and a chest of drawers - providing plenty of storage space.
As I've only recently moved into the flat myself, the room is freshly decorated and ready for someone to make it their own. It's only been used occasionally by guests, and the mattress is brand new—which has received excellent reviews from those who've stayed! 👌🏼
🚗 Location & Parking
The flat is located on the first floor and comes with one allocated parking space if required.
For those who don't drive, there's a bus stop just a short walk away with easy access into town. The train station is around 8–10 minutes away by car. There's also an Asda within walking distance, which is incredibly handy.
