Female lodger wanted – short-term stay (1–5 months) 🏡✨

I have a room available for a female lodger looking for a short-term stay of between 1 and 5 months.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate, but also friendly and up for a good laugh! As I work from home full-time, ideally I’d be looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time themselves, so we can both have our own space and routine.

I also travel regularly to stay at my partner’s house in Essex, so there will be some weeks when you’ll have the place mostly to yourself.

I’d really like someone who will treat my home as they would their own — keeping it clean, respecting the space and making it feel like a comfortable home for both of us.

My flat is around 15-20 minute walk into Leamington town, a gym opposite the road and supermarkets really close by so a great location.
