A bright and spacious double room is available in my home, conveniently located to amenities - just a 5-minute walk from the train station and around 10 minutes’ walk into town. Perfect for commuters.

The room has a large window which gets loads of natural light, a double bed, plenty of storage and a good amount of space to make your own.

Shared bathroom, with only two people using it (myself and the lodger)

About the household:
I work predominantly from home, so I'm looking for someone who isn't working from home full-time. Hybrid workers are welcome, but must work from the room and not shared areas. I'm looking for someone considerate who wants a comfortable, relaxed home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I have a 1 year old dog, who is well behaved, friendly and very loving, so you must be comfortable living with a dog - dog lovers rather than toleraters preferred :-)
