Large room available, shared quiet cottage

Please note that this room is available Monday to Friday only, and although it is a large double room, I do not want to let it to more than one person.

I live in a cottage between Leamington and Kenilworth, close to the A46. There is a bus stop almost outside with direct services to either town, or to Coventry and Warwick University. I have a large spare room which I am currently looking to let. I am non smoking, and this is quirky accommodation C16th beams and low ceilings etc. wifi, nice bathroom, I will include all bills (except Council Tax if applicable) unless unreasonable use applies. I have a tv socket in the room which should support Freeview, and have Sky+ downstairs in the lounge, could get multiroom if you wanted that (although that would be an extra cost, I believe £10 p. m.). I am a professional insurance manager, aged 60+, and this is a quite quiet cottage! I just need to top up my salary (I work for a charity/public sector where pay riskes are non existent now). There is no off street parking although there is space available just outside on a side road.

I've had short term, as well as long term house friends, two of whom were with me for over a year so I think the accommodation is suitable and I am very flexible. I have grandchildren who sometimes visit at the weekend which is why I am only offering weekday accommodation. I don't need to use the room however, and the children would not be allowed to go in it. The room itself is large, it has a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a bookshelf and more, and my first lady had brought a large desk with her which fitted in easily too, to give you some idea! The kitchen is shared, but only with me and I don't cook much. It is however fully equipped. The garden is large! Please come and have a look if you like the sound of it. A cleaner comes in once a fortnight and will clean your room and change your bed if you'd like her to, this is included in the rent. I have a small Jack Russell dog who is quiet when she gets to know you!
