Mon to Fri lets also considered and short lets of two weeks plus are welcome - price depending on length of stay.

Rent includes water, reasonable use of gas, and electric,. council tax (band A) and fast broadband access.

No contract fees - £100 deposit requested at time of application which forms part of damage deposit if room is taken and is returned if the room is not offered to you.

Payment of first and last month's rent required at beginning of tenancy plus a damage deposit of £150. Payment in advance on lets shorter than 4 months.
