Double room to let in central Leamington

I have an unfurnished, double room to in a flat that's bang in the centre of Leamington Spa. It's on Warwick Street, two or three minutes from the Parade, Tesco and most of the town's shops.

The house itself is a big, two-floor flat above an art gallery, so no noise in the evenings. Though the room isn't ensuite, there is a bathroom with bath/shower upstairs, a shower and another shower and separate WC on the first floor, so you probably won't have to wait long to shower in the morning!

There are separate kitchen, dining room and living room, and a spare room upstairs we're using as a washing room with tumbledryer. The living room is lovely, it's a big open space and we tend to veg out in there in the evenings, relaxing.

Ideal housemate would be a young professional. All of us living here currently like a glass of wine, we quite often try to make it to the weekly pub quiz and we take it in turns to cook for each other, so if you think you'd enjoy that you'd be perfect!
