Location is extremely good, minutes from bars and shops but in nice residential street without too much noise. Regency style elegant building, overlooking Clarendon Square Gardens.
Room on offer is a large double - unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully fitted out with furniture; kitchen utensils etc.
We have a sofa bed or spare mattress, some draws and bookshelf in the spare/"guest" room - that could be used immediately for a quick move-in - but up to the prospective tenant if it's wanted.
Flat has washing machine, oven, microwave, loads of fridge/freezer space, kettle, toaster, shower cubicle & bath - so basically all the usual mod-cons!
Rent is £370 per month (very reasonable for size and location in lspa).
Utilities are not included, but fairly cheap (as a VERY rough guide: water £70 each only every 6 months, Gas £30-50 each per quarter, elec £50-70 each per quarter), council tax is around £50 per person per month. Roughly equating to £450 per month all-in.
Extras include TV licence (£4 per person per month) and tel/internet (£4-5 per person per month).
Contract renewal periods are 6 monthly.
Currently occupied by 2 lovely professional ladies - a doctor (PhD type) and a horticultural civil servant.
