Hi. Very large fully furnished double room with ensuite available in our shared house on the Radford Road in Leamington Spa. We are approx 10min walk into the town centre and the train station.
This is a friendly house and we are looking for someone who is easy going, clean and has common sense. The current housemate is moving out after 3 years due to job relocation.
All housemates are professionals.
The bills include gas, electric, council tax, water, BT broadband internet, SKY.
There is a cleaner who does a regular clean of the communal areas.
