Rent will include access to all communal areas and amenities of house - lounge, kitchen, and dining area, nice size garden, Washing machine and tumble dryer and fridge and freezer. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs with wc and basin and upstairs with wc, basin and walk in shower recently refurbished.

Storage available in good sized garage and parking available on drive.

Bills are included in monthly rent which does include sky tv, WiFi and a cleaner for shared areas.

I am a professional female looking for someone to fit in as part of the furniture :-)

Open to both long term and short term stays. Currently no pets but looking to rescue a dog once I am able to.
