Large Furnished Bedroom

This is a large bedroom in a 5 bedroom town house, in a very desirable location.
The room has a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. There is room for a small sofa and a desk.
There is also a 42" TV on the wall.
The house is currently occupied by me and my two children (son aged 21 and daughter 16), and our beagle - Lucia.
The shower room is shared with the children.
The house is slowly being refurbished. There is a large dining room, breakfast room, sitting room, kitchen, office, utility room and drawing room.
Use of washing machine and all bills is included. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will also be included in moderation. Breakfast and evening meals will cost extra.
