Double room in 5 bed victorian terrace

We're a friendly bunch of young professionals who all get on well. We're looking for a friendly housemate to take a room as our current housemate, Vicky, got a new job and is moving to Manchester. We're looking for someone who will get on with us and contribute to maintaining a tidy-ish house share.

The room available is a large double room on the first floor. Comes fully furnished (all furniture in the pics, inc TV and futon). Lewis doesn't come with the room though, I think he was just a bit bored.

It is a 6 bed victorian terraced house with small patio/garden at the back with plenty of space for BBQ's etc.

About a 10 minute walk to town centre, nice neighbourhood.

Cable TV, Broadband and all bills/tax included in rent. Shared Bathroom, additional toilet, shared kitchens + communal lounge.

The rooms are spread over 4 floors which means you have your own space.

It is an old house and has a few defects but overall a nice living environment. Feel free to decorate room as you please. 1 min walk to local shops, also petrol station opposite. Parking available on street but not reserved so occasionally need to park one street along. All current housemates work roughly 9-5, and are usually around in the evenings.

Room is available from 22nd April.

I'm likely to miss calls if i'm at work, but give it a go and if I cant answer just try again a bit later, or email or text.

Because we are housemates it is important we meet any future housemates, therefore we cannot let the room out without meeting.
