A great size fully furnished double bedroom with chest of draws, wardrobe, bedside table also and lamp in a property of 3 bedrooms, for one person preference for a three months contract as a minimum with high standard and friendly atmosphere.
If you are polite, friendly, clean, responsible, and happy to share with two others, then you fit in well.
Ground floor -A modern and large kitchen, which includes cooker, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, includes dining table and chairs.
All bills included: rent, council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband & TV
NO INVENTORY OR RESERVATION FEES TO PAY.
Ideally to be taken 23rd December 2025
